Tasha Choi

Founder & CEO of Highre

Tasha is an entrepreneur in progress, made in Asia, assembled in North America, and distributed in Europe. She is the founder of Highre, with the vision of changing the future of career services so that young talent can truly live the full potentials. After learning about the talent gap in the early career space, she worked on her first startup Tackl (500 Startups alumni) which was a smart-matching platform for connecting university talent with job opportunities. She had to leave the US due to the visa but it didn’t stop her. She has relocated to the UK and is now building Highre which is serving major universities in the US and the UK.



Arjita Sethi

Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Equally

Arjita is a serial entrepreneur who started her first startup in India at 16. She is currently the co-founder of Equally, an Augmented reality experience that makes kids physically move and explore the real world with their friends. This became one of the semi finalist in the Global Literacy Challenge by XPrixe which was sponsored by Elon Musk.She is currently serving on the Advisory Board on the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center in San Francisco. She speaks actively on Inclusion, Equality, Education, Connecting children to real world and Social Entrepreneurship.

Marina Rioumine

Co-Founder & CEO of Agora

Maria is the CEO and Co-Founder of Agora, a materials management platform for commercial construction. Formerly, she was Chief of Staff to Joe Lonsdale and an investor at 8VC, a San Francisco based VC fund focused on transforming major industries through data-centric technologies. Maria graduated with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, where she was the President of the Oxford Union.


Charu Sharma

Co-Founder & CEO of NextPlay

Charu Sharma is the Cofounder & CEO of Nextplay.ai, helping companies from Coca-Cola to Splunk with their workforce development by building internal mentorship programs at scale. Charu was named a Top Woman in Cloud at Facebook, a Top Millennial Leader in AI/ML by IBM, and a Power Woman alongside Oprah and Melinda Gates by Youth Incorporated.

Marina Mogilko

Co-Founder & CCO of LinguaTrip

Marina Mogilko is a Russian entrepreneur, co-founded LinguaTrip.com - booking platform for study travel backed by 500 Startups; and fluent.express - a service where native speakers instantly check your texts in English.

Marina manages an international team of 60 people and her businesses earn more than $10M annually. One of the 16 women founders making moves in tech according to the Tech.co edition. Marina is an influencer with over 2M followers and a Forbes contributor.

Mariya Pak

Mariya is passionate growth seeker. She currently works as a product manager @ Funding Circle, changing the fintech world. She has a big vision for STEM'ED to become a non-profit organization hosting series of elevating talks. She formerly co-founded two startups Plus0ne (allows you to create an event on the go and connect with friends from all social networks) and Simple Matters (focused on bluetooth-enabled location-based marketing). Born in Soviet Union and moving out of Russia to pursue a computer science degree in Canada

Alina Savu

Alina is passionate about building communities in tech and the social impact space. Working with STEM professionals has always been a source of optimism for Alina. She is currently the Developer Program Manager for North America @ FACEBOOK and Programs & Events Manager for Women4Good Bay Area, a social impact community of 1,000+ professionals that bridges the tech and nonprofit sectors. Alina co-founded the Data Engineering Club, a rising community of 500 data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts.

Anya Boguslavsky

Anya is currently working on the construction and construction technology side of the industry. She formerly was a civil engineer and has been involved in several data science and design projects for the industry, worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, mining and sales. Originally born in Moscow, her family moved to the States to pursue a better life. She has been involved in various hackathons as well as real estate and construction technology boards both locally and globally. She is always up to date with latest and greatest technologies and services for her industry as well as the tech industry. Her biggest passion is connecting people and finding new focused challenges/projects to pursue.

Angela Liou

Angela is a bay area native and currently owns her own real estate business and staging & design company. She is a real estate developer with a focus on home renovations and new construction. She started her business the old fashioned way by door-knocking in googles backyard which led to many of her clients being CEO's and Founders of successful Startups. Having help advise Y-Combinator backed companies she is no foreigner to the tech industry and is deeply inspired by the innovative spirit of Silicon Valley. In her spare time she co-hosts some of the biggest events that take place in San Francisco with nearly 2,000 attendees. She has a passion for community, networking and connecting people to their higher purpose.

Anna Escher

Anna is a journalist, growth marketer and community activist based in San Francisco. She currently manages audience development for TechCrunch, where she also covers early stage tech companies and venture capital. Her recent accomplishments span across journalism, event marketing and programming for TechCrunch’s Disrupt conference and Startup Battlefield programs. She is a trained percussionist, and holds an M.A. in arts journalism and digital media from USC and a B.A. in communication studies from LMU.
